At Metz&Co. we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or replace your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that merchandise presented should be presented within 8 days after purchase.
Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of the two options:
In-store Returns
Present the merchandise to an associate at your area at Metz&Co. with the original receipt.
By Mail Returns
For your protection, retain a copy of the original receipt. Pack the merchandise using the original shipping box or mailer. Enclose the original merchandise receipt in the shipment. Mail to the address of the store. We recommend insuring the package; it travels on your risk. Goods should arrive at our store within 8 days, after original date of purchase. Goods arriving later (not within the exchange period of 8 days) or goods who are send to us without the original purchase receipt, and/or in a sellable condition will be returned to you at your expense.
Shipment
Goods are shipped on the risk en responsibility of the customer.
Exchange
Should you wish to replace (part of) your purchase, please call (00.31.20)-520.70.20. In these cases you will receive a store-credit with a validity of 6 month. Provided that the goods are undamaged, unused and handed over in its original packaging and in a sellable condition. Goods can not be returned or exchanged for cash or credit.
Sale-Sales are final
We regret that, priced-off goods, goods sold in a promotion, fragrances, especially ordered goods, altered fashion, beach- and underwear or seasonal items sold with discount cannot be returned or exchanged. We suggest that you should be carefully inspected them before purchasing. These sales are final. These goods are sold in the condition as they are on the moment of purchase. Metz&Co. cannot give any guaranty on these items. They are sold as they are. Return shipments on sale items will not be accepted.
